Ask anyone who’s ever slept through an alarm, stepped on a Lego en route to the bathroom, or grabbed their favorite mug only to discover that the coffee’s run out, and they’ll tell you:

Those first moments after we wake have an incredible ability to set the tone for the rest of our day.

The way we start our mornings can greatly impact our mindset, productivity, and overall well-being. One popular practice that you might have seen, oh I dunno, everywhere in recent years is the use of morning affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself, consciously programming your mind with empowering beliefs and intentions.     I encourage you to listen to this as you're beginning your day, whether you're just waking up, getting ready, starting on your first cup of coffee or tea, or headed out the door.
